INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, brown 1 pound of ground beef and drain any excess fat. Add a 1.25-ounce package of taco seasoning and the amount of water instructed on the seasoning packet. Simmer 4–5 minutes until the flavors meld. Remove from heat and set aside.beans with wontons
  3. Place one wonton wrapper into the bottom of each prepared muffin cup. Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, diced tomatoes, cilantro, onion, guacamole

Instructions
