How to Make Peppermint Bark Brownies
Start with a pan of your favorite brownies. I used my preferred fudge brownie recipe, but any brownie you love will work well.
Bake the brownies according to the recipe instructions. When they’re done, spread a layer of marshmallow creme over the top and place the pan under the broiler until the marshmallow is lightly browned and toasted, about 2–4 minutes—watch carefully so it doesn’t burn.

Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately sprinkle with roughly chopped peppermint bark so it sticks to the warm marshmallow. If you don’t have peppermint bark on hand, substitute a roughly chopped chocolate candy bar and crushed candy canes for a similar flavor and texture.

Let the brownies cool completely so the topping sets before slicing. These brownies are festive, easy to make, and perfect for holiday gatherings or anytime you want a minty chocolate treat.
