The ingredients you'll need to make this are mini nilla wafer cookies, rice chex cereal, banana chips, almond bark candy, and instant banana pudding mix.

  • Rice Chex cereal
  • Almond bark
  • Instant banana pudding mix
  • Confectioners’ sugar
  • Mini vanilla wafer cookies or broken graham cracker pieces
  • Banana chips

Making Banana Cream Pie Muddy Buddies Mix

Step 1. Melt the almond bark using a double boiler or in the microwave at 50% power, stirring until smooth and lump-free.

Step 2. Place the rice Chex cereal in a large bowl or container with a tight-fitting lid and pour the melted almond bark over it. Stir gently to coat the cereal evenly.

Step 3. Add the instant banana pudding mix and confectioners’ sugar to the coated cereal. Seal the container and shake vigorously until every piece is coated in the powder mixture. Break up any clumps before proceeding.

Step 4. Gently fold in banana chips and mini vanilla wafers (or broken graham crackers) once the cereal coating is dry. Spread the mix on a sheet to finish drying if needed.

If mini vanilla wafers are unavailable, broken graham crackers or mini graham pieces make a great substitute and keep the familiar cookie texture in the mix.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini vanilla wafers*
  • 2 cups banana chips

Instructions
