This Apple Cinnamon Paleo Bread combines nutty flours, warm spices and tender apple for a delicious breakfast loaf or satisfying snack.

- 1 medium apple, finely diced
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Coconut oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a bread pan with coconut oil spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda and sea salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted coconut oil and honey. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in the diced apple.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle the pecans on top, and bake 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours for easier slicing.
