Grain-Free Pasta Recipes + Enter to Win a Giveaway

Antipasto Launch (8)

I have an exciting product to share today—something I honestly didn’t expect to exist.

It’s grain-free pasta. No wheat, gluten, grains, soy, beans, or rice. And the pasta itself is dairy-free as well.

I was just as surprised the first time I heard about it.

A bit of backstory: at a food industry event I met Richard, the founder of Antipastos Kitchen. He told me he made an oven-ready, gluten-free pasta line. That sounded interesting, but then he listed the ingredients—and I had to ask him to repeat them to make sure I heard correctly.

Antipasto

Sweet potatoes, potatoes, potato starch, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, olive oil, salt, garlic and xanthan gum.

Imagine ravioli without cheese, gnocchi in tomato sauce, or fresh fettuccine made with eggs—pasta dishes reimagined without grains.

No grains. No gluten. No compromise on comfort-food vibes.

I grabbed Richard’s card, picked up several Antipastos Kitchen products at our local gluten-free shop, and started testing them at home.

What I love most about these products is how convenient they are: they come fully cooked. Just remove the packaging, wrap in foil and bake for about 45 minutes. If you prefer, you can also place the frozen pieces directly into a casserole dish and bake—both methods work well.

If you want to try Antipastos Kitchen for yourself, there’s a chance to win a $50 gift card. Richard will send the winner $50 worth of products of their choice.
